My job is to foster and grow continuous and elegant improvement in the work of information literacy and technical services in an educational and customer-focused environment. Through thoughtful and deliberate technology integration efforts as well as dependable, visible, and professional support structures, staff, faculty, and students are better enabled to do their best work. I am honored to have received the General Motors Exceptional Performer award in 2003 for my work there with a large global audit team. I am also honored to have received the Golden Shovel award from Interlochen Center for the Arts in 2013 for my efforts at campus technology training, communications, and employee wellness.
